ClearPend is the trading name of Jonatan Martin Santos, who operates this website. It is not a separate incorporated company.

Enquiries and project agreements

This website describes proposed client services and operations support. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve capacity or commit either party to a purchase. There is no online checkout.

Any engagement requires a separate written agreement covering the scope, deliverables, price, applicable taxes, timing, review process and payment terms. Work will begin only after acceptance of that agreement and completion of the applicable business-registration requirements.

The examples on this website are illustrative materials, not reports of previous client projects or evidence of client results. Availability and suitability are assessed for each enquiry.

Quality commitment

The correction commitment described on the website applies to the agreed deliverables: notify ClearPend in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery, identifying the item and the original agreed requirement it does not meet. Corrections needed to meet that requirement are included at no additional charge; the correction scope and completion date will be confirmed in writing.

New deliverables or changed requirements are agreed separately. This commitment does not promise sales, retention or other business results and does not limit any mandatory legal rights.
